$35 a night (includes water, sewer, electric and sales tax)

$200 a week (includes water, sewer, electric and sales tax)

$600 a month plus electricity (includes water and sewer)

Seasonal Rates:

5 Months

$2350 a season  (Sites 1-19)

$1800 a season for all other sites (20-62)

90 days

$1500 (sites 19-62) (includes water and sewer)

90 days begins the day of arrival

Season is open from May 1-Sept 30
Check in time: 2:00pm
Check out time: 12:00pm

A non-refundable deposit is required for reservations.
